digitalConnect offer partial prorated refund for selected services such as software, app, wordpress website development, logo design and other services. No Refund is applicable for any and all kind of product(s)/service(s) related with traffic, views, likes, SMS, SMTP / email marketing, SEO/SMO/SEM/SMM, graphic design, web design and other services.

Partial prorated refund request must be made within seven (7) days from the payment transaction time. No refund will entertain after this mention period of time.

NOTE: User/client/customers are sole responsible for using digitalConnect product(s)/service(s) & must read all policy carefully before purchasing an order of any services with digitalConnect.
